OUR SALAMI

Our salami is dry aged a minimum of 30 days. Are all natural and made avoiding the use nitrites and nitrates, MSG, dairy and gluten. 

All of the spices for the production of our salami are imported from Italy.

A very delicate salami with subtle notes of wine and a touch of cracked black pepper

Tangy with a complex spiciness made by using white pepper, black pepper and Italian chilies

TRUFFLE SALAMI

Made by using an artisanal truffle sauce with truffles exclusively sourced from Umbria (Italy) that we import directly. Our truffle salami has very delicate truffle flavor and has approximately 1.5% residual truffle after dry aging.
